This contemporary, poetic solo performance restores the voice of Elizabeth Siddal, a key figure of the Pre-Raphaelite circle, long overlooked in art history… Conceived as an act of rehabilitation, the play repositions her at its centre – not as a muse –but as an artist in her own right : a gifted painter who struggled to assert herself in a world that celebrated her beauty while resisting her talent.
